Many pet owners have limited choices when it comes to where their pet will stay when they need to go out of town. The words “boarding” and “kenneling” can be scary for both owners and their pets. Who will be there to watch them? Are they getting enough attention, socialization, exercise? Are they comfortable? Are they eating their own food and is there fresh water in their bowls? Is anyone petting them? Are they being taken out throughout the day for potty breaks? Is somebody there at night to supervise my pet?
At Your Bark-N-Call, Bed & Bath Inc. understands your concerns. We are like no other facility when it comes to caring for your furry friend. Our 10,000 square foot, fun-loving and nurturing environment is entirely cageless so pets feel completely at ease! Whether it be grooming, hotel, or daycare, you can rest assured that your pet is monitored, engaged and stimulated 24-hours a day and never without companionship. For our residents that just do not feel like so much socializing, don't worry -- our pet handlers will give them ample one-on-one attention so they feel secure.

NW Indiana's Premiere Cageless Pet Hotel
HOTEL PRICING AND INFORMATION:
Our prices are $40.00 per night for dogs and $20.00 per night for cats. Multiple dog rates will be $40.00 for the first dog and $33.00 for each individual dog within the same suite. We do offer a same family multi-cat discounted rate at our Cat Chateau of $20.00 for the first cat and $15.00 for each individual cat within the same Chateau. Keep in mind that these rates may vary dependent upon certain pet's needs (i.e. insulin.) Please note that a full day Daycare is provided to all dogs staying at our pet hotel.
HOTEL DEPOSIT: A deposit of $75.00 with valid credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) is required for all hotel stays. Non-Holiday Hotel cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to scheduled stay in order for this deposit to be refunded. The $75.00 deposit will be applied to your final bill at time of pick up/check out. If you cancel a Non-Holiday scheduled reservation in less than a 72-hour notice or are a "no-show, the $75.00 deposit is non-refundable. We take caring for your pet very seriously and are reserving one of our luxury suites just for them. Because we may have other pets on a waiting list, please respect our cancellation policy.
CHANGING A CONFIRMED DROP-OFF AND/OR PICK-UP DATE RESERVATION: Customer acknowledges that if he or she changes a confirmed drop-off and/or pick-up reservation date that is not within the seventy-two (72) hour time frame, the Customer is responsible for $25 per day of the original reservation.
If picking up your pet before 12:00 PM Noon, you will not be charged for the pick up day (i.e. if boarding Monday - Thursday and you pick up before 12:00 p.m. Noon on Thursday, you will only be charged for Monday-Wednesday.) If picking up after 12:00 p.m. Noon, a full-day charge will be applied. Please call us if you have any questions with regards to our drop off or pick up times. If someone else is picking up your pet, we have to have proper notification from you at the time of drop off. We will not release any pet to someone other than the owner unless we have the owner's approval.
Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If someone other than yourself will be picking up your furry friend, our staff must know ahead of time (from you) to ensure the safety of their release.
You may drop-off and pick-up your pet during our business hours listed below. Early drop-off times can be arranged by calling our facility.
- Monday through Friday between the advertised business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday between the advertised business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- CLOSED SUNDAY no pick-up or drop-off on Sunday.
Holiday Boarding and Cancellation Policy:
Customer acknowledges that AYBNC has a a two week-CANCELLATION POLICY for reservations made for a hotel stay during any holiday period, which is defined as the following periods in each applicable calendar year:
- The period beginning December 18 through and including January 8.
- The period beginning the Sunday before Thanksgiving through and including the Monday following Thanksgiving;
- The period beginning July 1 through and including on July 8;
- The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Memorial Day through and including the first Tuesday following Memorial Day;
- The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Labor Day through and including the first Tuesday following Labor Day;
- The period beginning the Thursday immediately before Easter Sunday through and including the first Monday following Easter Sunday; and
- Any weeks during the Spring Break school holiday.
At Your Bark-N-Call Bed & Bath, Inc. is closed on all Holidays.
All holiday cancellations must be made two weeks prior to holiday stay. If cancellation is less than two weeks prior to stay, Customer shall be required to pay and shall be charged the full cost of the cancelled boarding reservation.
In other words, all Holiday reservation must be cancelled two weeks prior to stay for a refund.
